Scope Properties is a real-estate development company. It was established in Saudi Arabia. We decided to expand our investments outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and particularly to Egypt in 2020. We are starting our investments in Egypt with an iconic landmark project “Mokkattam Corniche Development project”. We are seeking to become a benchmark in the Real-estate market. Scope aims to provide its customers with an unrivaled high quality life style within all its communities.
